ISO 22000 — Food Safety
Management
Certification of food safety management systems against ISO 22000:2018 — for every organisation in the food chain, from production to packaging to service.
What is ISO 22000?
It is the food safety standard that turns HACCP principles into a full management system.
Hazard analysis, critical control points, traceability and hygiene practice are checked at every step of the food chain: on the production floor, in storage and in transport. Retail chains, distributors and export markets usually want exactly this evidence before they give you shelf space.

3 reasons to choose us.
A food safety audit does not finish in the office: it runs on the production floor, in the warehouse and in transport.
-
Traceability is tested against a real batch.
Not the chain as written in the file — we follow one selected batch from raw material through to dispatch. That is exactly the form the question takes in a retail chain’s own supplier audit.
-
We certify ISO 22000 on top of HACCP, and we do not conflate the two.
HACCP is a method; ISO 22000 is the management system standard built over it. FSSC 22000 is a separate scheme and we do not issue it — we say so at the first meeting, not on the day of the audit.
-
Your buyer in the export market can verify the certificate themselves.
Our accreditation is under AZS ISO/IEC 17021-1:2021, attestation AZ 03.0031.01.26. Whoever decides on shelf access confirms the certificate online instead of asking us for a letter.

Three years, subject to annual surveillance audits that confirm the system is still operating. In year three a recertification audit renews the cycle.
Yes — General Group Co. is accredited by the Azerbaijan Accreditation Centre under AZS ISO/IEC 17021-1:2021 (attestation AZ 03.0031.01.26), so the certificates we issue are independently recognised, not self-declared.
Anyone can. Every certificate we issue can be checked online through our public verification page at any time — no account, no request, no waiting.
No — impartiality rules prohibit a certification body from certifying a system it built. We can certify a system prepared in-house or with an independent consultant; our procedures explain exactly what the audit will examine.
HACCP is the method of hazard analysis and critical control points; ISO 22000 is the full management system standard built on top of it. What we certify is ISO 22000.
No. ISO 22000 is a voluntary management system certificate; the AFSA permit is a legal condition of operating. They run in parallel and neither replaces the other.
No. FSSC 22000 is a separate, GFSI-recognised scheme that adds requirements on top of ISO 22000. We certify against ISO 22000.
