Accounting &
Tax

Outsourced accounting and tax counsel for companies that want their numbers right the first time — and a defensible position when anyone asks.

Scope

Our accounting and tax practice runs your company’s finance function end to end: day-to-day bookkeeping, statutory and management reporting, payroll, and the tax planning that keeps what you owe predictable.

It serves two quite different needs: some clients hand over the entire accounting department, while others keep their in-house accountant and come to us only for the tax call. Every part of the work is done by our own specialists — we subcontract nothing. We keep the books audit-ready, because the same documents are read by our own auditors, and that carries one rule with it: we never audit books we keep ourselves, because auditor independence requires it.

Who we help

Built for
situations like yours.

Companies tired of tracking declarations
Monthly VAT and profit-tax deadlines are eating your time.
Foreign companies new to Azerbaijan
Which declaration is due, and when, is still not clear.
Firms that outgrew manual bookkeeping
Whether it is time for an in-house accountant needs deciding.
Businesses notified of a tax inspection
Time to prepare for a desk or field audit is running short.

If one of these sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.

Why us

Why this practice, in three.

In accounting the real difference is who does the work, and when a mistake surfaces.

  • We keep the books audit-ready.

The same documents are read by the firm’s own auditors, so records stay checkable every month rather than at year-end. That carries one rule with it: we never audit books we keep ourselves, because auditor independence forbids it.

  • We subcontract nothing.

The team that signs the declaration, corresponds with the tax authority and talks to you is the same team. Our quality policy forbids subcontracting in writing, so responsibility is never split between vendors.

  • The fee is monthly and fixed, not hourly.

After the diagnostic we quote a fixed monthly fee based on transaction, employee and entity counts. No unexpected invoice at month end, and asking a question costs nothing extra.

Yes. Restoring neglected accounting records is a standard engagement for us: we reconstruct the ledger from source documents, refile what must be refiled, and document the corrections so the history is defensible.

That’s your choice. Some clients hand us everything; others keep an in-house bookkeeper for daily paperwork while we handle reporting, payroll, and tax. We define the split in writing so nothing falls between.

By volume and complexity — number of transactions, employees, entities, and the reporting you need. After the diagnostic review you receive a fixed monthly quote, not an hourly meter.

We can keep your books, but we cannot audit books we keep ourselves — auditor independence requires it. So you cannot have us do both; everything else we offer stays open to you.

Yes. Some clients hand us the whole accounting department; others keep their in-house accountant and come to us only for tax planning and dispute support. They are two separate services and can be taken either way.
