Procurement law provides appeal procedures with strict deadlines. We assess whether the rejection is challengeable and run the appeal if the grounds are real.
In most state procurement, yes — usually a set percentage of the bid amount. We read this out of the tender notice and plan for it in advance, so you are not excluded for the want of a bond.
State procurement follows a single set of rules laid down by law and runs through the official portal. In corporate tenders each company sets its own internal rules, so the document requirements vary. We prepare for the two separately.
